Glucosamine sulphate, chondroitin sulphate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), methylsulphonylmethane (MSM), NADH, bulking agent: calcium phosphates, isomalt, hydroxypropylcellulose; vitamin C, vitamin D; acidity regulator: Sodium hydrogen carbonate; coating agent:shellac; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, guar gum; acidity regulator: ammonium hydrogen carbonate; humectant:glycerol, colorant: zinc oxide.

Take 3 capsules a day unchewed 20 minutes before meals with ½ glass of water.
