NADH and anti-aging

Anti-aging is a topic that is becoming increasingly important in our society. There are countless products and treatments that promise to slow down or even reverse the aging process. One promising substance that is often mentioned in this context is NADH.

NADH as a reduced form of NAD+, a coenzyme that plays an important role in the energy metabolism of the cell is involved in the production of ATP, the energy carrier needed for all cellular processes.

Some studies have now shown that NADH may also have a potential anti-aging effect. Thus, NADH has an important role in the regeneration of cells and tissues as it is involved in the formation of new cells and can therefore help to slow down the aging process.

However, there are also concerns regarding the use of NADH as an anti-aging agent, in particular, it must be ensured that only high-quality NADH preparations - which have a high degree of purity and efficacy - are used.

Overall, there are promising indications that NADH may have a potential anti-aging effect. However, it remains important to conduct further research to better understand the interactions and further optimize the use of NADH supplements. Consult a physician with questions about NADH and anti-aging to ensure that you are being perfectly cared for.
