What is NADH?
NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide hydride), also known as coenzyme 1, is a naturally occurring coenzyme found in every human cell. It plays a central role in cellular energy metabolism and in the mitochondrial production of ATP.

What is the difference between CONSTANT and RAPID?
While NADH RAPID was developed for sublingual use under the tongue, NADH CONSTANT is taken whole as an enteric-coated tablet. CONSTANT is therefore particularly suitable for regular use throughout the day.

Directions for Use
Take 2 tablets twice daily, ideally in the morning and at noon, 20 minutes before meals with half a glass of water. The recommended daily dose is 4 tablets.
