After brushing your teeth, apply 1-2 pumps to the gums or the desired area of the oral mucosa and massage in with your tongue or finger.

Ideally, do not eat or drink anything for 10 minutes afterwards.

Once the bottle has been opened, the contents should be used within 3 months. Store in the refrigerator at 3–8°C.
